I had botox for the first time 40 shots for TMJ. I ad terrible jaw pain which has subsided along with 25 days of headaches . One problem , My neck hurts so bad I cant lean over because my neck hurts/ Is this a side effect.No matter what I do it doesnt help.

Botox for migraines will not interfere with accupuncture treatments and I would go ahead with the neurologist's recommendations to get it injected in your neck if he/she believe that it will help your symptoms.
