Depending on how far the walk to your car is and what type of anesthesia you have, it may not be realistic. A short amount of time on your buttocks after surgery will not do significant damage.

buttocks area to avoid necrosis of the fat that was transferred.I generally recommend to my patients that
they sit on a soft structure, sleep on their side, and keep turning right and
