There is always a chance of allergy to pigments or products used. It would be advised to do a test patch first, to be sure you don’t have an allergic reaction. Good luck!
With SMP there are many inks (pigments) that are used. Some have metals in them and these tend to be the cause of the allergies when they happen., As our clinic only uses organic pigments, I have not seen one case of allergy in hundreds of cases
