With SMP there are many inks (pigments) that are used. Some have metals in them and these tend to be the cause of the allergies when they happen., As our clinic only uses organic pigments, I have not seen one case of allergy in hundreds of cases
You cannot remove SMP with a hole and rubbing salt water. You may want to consult with a doctor who can offer laser tattoo removal.
