Can I get Emsculpt on my abdomen with 3 small titanium staples where my gallbladder used to be?

I have read dozens of answers that contradict each other from doctors. Emsculpt says any metal is a contradiction...., but, titanium is safe for MRIs and CT scans. Titanium is not magnetic. Can I get Emscupt with 3 small titanium staples left from when they removed my gallbladder. Is the location of where my gallbladder was far enough away (7 cm)? Thank you in advance.

Yes, it should be totally fine. Titanium is a paramagnetic material that is not affected by the magnetic field. Consult a trusted practitioner in your area to know more about the procedure.

Great question. You are correct. Titanium is not magnetic and can be safely used for an MRI or CT scan. An Emsculpt treatment would probably be ok in your case. I would feel comfortable doing your treatment, but this issue is something you need to discuss with your treating health care practitioner prior. Hope this helps.

Generally surgical staples do do pose an issue for emsculpt the way larger or implantable metal  do. I would feel comfortable in doing the procedure but this is an issue that you must discuss fully with your treating provider...good luck
