Cesar Aguiluz, DO, MPH

When I went to see him for my consultation, the office staff really helped ease my nerves. I went alone because my close friends and husbands had to work, but they made me feel at ease. He answered all of my questions and was fully supportive of what I want and think about. Going to be having kids relatively soon, so that was a concern but I still wanted to do it now. I'm also getting married in October so I was on a time crunch and he and his staff really made it work for me.

Dr. Aguiluz is awesome !!! He did Half a Syringe on my Lips and did Botox on my masseters.
He is super approachable and kind.
He won't go overboard on fillers or botox. I highly recommend Dr. A to friends and family at Cosmetika Aesthetics.

I've been getting filler for years now. I usually try new providers every time I need a touch up because none have really vibed with me or have given me exactly what I want. I found Cosmetika on yelp and decided to give them a try. The office is super cute and clean. Dr. A did my filler and botox and I swear I couldn't be happier! He did my undereyes, lips, cheeks, and jawline and it looks so natural and flattering!!! A big problem for me is the swelling and bruising after filler (I'm anemic). I usually have to hide from the world for a week after getting fillers. I don't know if its because he's a plastic surgeon and I've only ever gone to nurse injectors (nothing against nurse injectors), but I BARELY bruised or swelled. He has a very gentle touch and demeanor. I went back a few days ago to test if it was just a one-time thing and sure enough I had the same outcome!! no bruising and minimal swelling! I am so so so impressed by his work. Dr. A is HANDS DOWN the only person I will let touch my face. Despite the fact I have like 6 syringes of various fillers in my face, my facial features look natural and flattering. I honestly feel more confident and beautiful than ever. I even get compliments from strangers telling me I'm pretty or that I have a beautiful facial structure :) I swear Dr. A is gonna blow up soon so get your fillers before he is too expensive or busy to do them!!!! As soon as my fillers fully heal, I'll post pics!

Cosmetika is a gem! The staff is super friendly and professional. I was a little nervous beforehand but felt at ease as soon as I walked in the door. The office is very clean and has a great ambiance. Dr. Aguiluz is AMAZING! Very personable and attentive. He answered every question I had with no problem. He really knows his stuff! I got an Exilis treatment done with Kim who is equally as amazing. I saw very noticeable results INSTANTLY. I had to purchase a package right on the spot! Im so excited to see how my results will continue to progress.

I booked an appointment with Dr. Aguiluz For a breast augmentation he was very approachable he was very sweet very honest I really appreciated him hearing out on what I wanted and then giving me information as to what would be best for my body so I’m excited to post the pictures once my surgery is done and let you guys know how he did but I’m so excited.

This is a side view of my breast as you can see my no pole is not facing down or too low. Thanks why I feel comfortable going with just the augmentation. Mind you also I have 2 kiddos and breast feed both.

I’m so please with my results and I’m just on day 3!!! My PLastic Surgeon has done an amazing job. My surgery was fast and everything went great! I can’t wait till they drop n fluff. I have a 2 week follow up on 10/31 but so far so good.

I absolutely love my boobs! I feel like they look great my doctor did an amazing job they’ve already started to drop they feel almost natural to me. Only thing that’s a bit annoying is just my nipples are still really sensitive and it’s very strange because I wasn’t as sensitive from my nipples before I had my surgery as I am now so that’s the only thing that I feel like it’s kind of like a little bit frustrating because I’m just super sensitive from my nipples now. Other than that I’m a happy girl with a happy pair of girls lol. I’m so thankful to my PS, DR. Aguiluz.
