Would Septorhinoplasty shorten my philtrum? (Photo)

Forgive my lack of correct terminology, but as you can see in my photos the part under my nose protrudes out quite a bit and makes my chin, which is admittedly a bit recessed, look even more so. I have a deviated septum that needs fixing so I was wondering if having my septum fixed would correct this problem or if something else would need to be done?

Hi @MMW312. You are a great candidate for a rhinoplasty. I recommend seeing an expert rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are several options for you that can be determined after examination.
