Can I do a deep TCA peel 2 weeks after pico laser treatment that is combined with combined with RF microneedling?

I want to treat my acne scarring as well as even out my skin texture, tone, pigmentation and enlarged pores. I am thinking of combining a pico laser treatment with RF microneedling in one day then after 2 weeks do deep chemical TCA peel. Then 2 weeks after repeat the cycle for 3-6 times. Would you recommend? Thank you.

What I can say is that generally speaking TCA CROSS is best reserved and is a very effective treatment in all skin types for ice pick scars and dilated pores. Its use with wider indented scars, such as boxcar and rolling scars, should be limited as these may sometimes become wider with its use....

Your skin is likely sun sensitive and you may have some discoloration from the peel. I would suggest doing a series of lighter Melapeels on a monthly basis, followed by topical creams to help your skin. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian
