Question

I'm 20 year's old. I haven't went under any plastic surgery till date. But I want to look good as I don't like the shape of my lip and nose. Will my nose and lip will be perfect with the help of surgeries? As I went to a plastic surgeon he told me that my nose won't be perfect after doing surgery. What should I do?

Plastic or cosmetic surgery/procedure is very critical, particularly in countries where there is no awareness about cosmetic procedures [like India]. It's my advice to do a proper search for a good plastic surgeon, no need to hurry, spend time searching good plastic surgeon [not only in your city but other cities also].

Typically with microform clefts, the subtle deformity of the lip and nose can be a challenge to correct. The good thing is that you have not had surgery before and your chances for success are greatly increased if you seek a craniofacial plastic surgeon experienced with cleft care on a regular basis. Make sure you seek someone who does the surgery regularly as most plastic surgeons claim they do cleft care, but are not part of a team who sees patients with your situation on a regular basis. 
The lip can be improved, but you will have a scar along the upper lip. Usually that fades with time and scar management. The nasal deformity requires a formal rhinoplasty surgery and likely a septoplasty. Most cleft patients have a deviated septum that can go unnoticed until seen by the physician. Therefore it is important that the physician examines your nose carefully to make sure the septum is not deviated. Your symptoms of a deviated septum are typically where one side has less or no airflow. 
Realistic expectations that your nose will be improved are important to have before undergoing surgery. But understand that achieving a perfect nose and lip is not possible in any person's hands.  We can only achieve near perfection and allow the body to heal. With those expectations, I believe you would be very happy with the results of any experienced surgeon who treats your lip and nose.
