Is Skinmedica Rejuvenative Moisturizer safe for pregnancy?

I was using skinmedica rejuvenative moisturizer prior to being pregnant and I haven’t found anything that works as well on my skin. Since it has vitamin A ( retinyl palmitate), I stopped using it, but my dermatologist told me it was fine to use in pregnancy, the vitamin a was such a small amount. Do you think it’s fine to continue using?

It is always best to check with your OB when using any skin care products, in my opinion this particular product is safe to use.

There is no problem using this product during pregnancy. your dermatologist is correct.  there is no absorption of the product of any significance
