Is Skinmedica Rejuvenative Moisturizer safe for pregnancy?

I was using skinmedica rejuvenative moisturizer prior to being pregnant and I haven’t found anything that works as well on my skin. Since it has vitamin A ( retinyl palmitate), I stopped using it, but my dermatologist told me it was fine to use in pregnancy, the vitamin a was such a small amount. Do you think it’s fine to continue using?

You should consult with an expert dermatologist to make sure that combining the two topicals is safe with your skin type and in combination with the IPL treatments. AHA/BHA combined with Lytera should be just fine.
