No, these products will not contribute to more broken blood vessels. Laser therapy can be very helpful in eradicating these vessels. The BBL photo facial for smaller vessels often combined with vein tracing for larger vessels is an effective treatment solution. I suggest you consult a board certified dermatologist for the V-Beam laser as it is the gold standard for treating redness.  It will take several sessions to reduce this redness.  I also recommend Vitamin C serum which I give to most of my rosacea patients as it helps with redness.  Best, Dr. Green
