Your body will require a certain amount of time to heal. The healing phase cannot be rushed, but avoiding excessive activities, smoking, and blood thinning medications early can be helpful. Please follow your surgeons advice for post operative care. Placing the implant behind the muscle is less painful, and takes less time for the implant to settle.
