Hard and uneven breast implants after pregnancy. Is the hard one likely due to contracture?

I just had a baby about 5 weeks ago and a breast augmentation approximately one year ago. I chose not to breast feed because I did not produce any with my first two children and this caused me to have engorgement for nearly two weeks. now past that one of my breasts is very saggy & squishy while the other breast is rock hard. The saggy one is visibly lower than the hard one.. Is the hard one likely due to contracture? What will likely be the outcome when I visit my surgeon?

Answer: Development of a firm breast with the regularity after pregnancy is probably capsular contracture.
