I have 2 crowns in the front of my mouth and if I bite down real hard then it feels weird so I start messing with the crowns with my tongue and they start making a popping noise and then feel fine! But they don't feel loose. Is that something that just happens or do i need to see my dentist?

Your tooth might be hitting high and need to be adjusted, or you may have a nerve problem in the tooth which would mean a root canal. Find a dentist to confirm.
