My crown broke and most of the tooth with it. It is an upper tooth, next to my front tooth. My dentist said my only option is an implant, which would be almost 4,000. He glued the tooth back, however it came off again. I travel for the next 3 weeks. Can I use loctite glue to glue the crown back in place? Dental cements off the counter do not work at all.

Was your sisters teeth done by the same dentist? Not all dentists are the same, and the lab used makes a huge difference. A pre treatment diagnostic waxup would help.
