I chipped my front tooth and had to get a fake tooth but one of my bottom teeth was hitting my fake tooth and my dentist filed it down so it wouldn't hit anymore after a week I bit into food and it hurt and I had to be careful while brushing my teeth, after a few days it didn't hurt when I bit food now but my tooth is now a bit sensitive to the cold I am so worried that I will have to get another fake tooth because this dentist filed down my tooth too much please help !!!

Was your sisters teeth done by the same dentist? Not all dentists are the same, and the lab used makes a huge difference. A pre treatment diagnostic waxup would help.
