I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Thank you for your question. Your right implant has descended slightly more than your left. Unless this is significantly bothering you, I would recommend avoiding revision surgery at this time. Good luck.

It appears one of your implants has settled a little lower than the other. Revision surgery could possibly improve this, but based on your degree of asymmetry it may not be worth it. It's always a possibility of doing too much and ending up with new issues. I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your surgeon and learn more about your options.

You do not loose volume of the implant with gel implants. I suspect, you have developed a capsule that is tightening your implant. Please let your surgeon examine you.
