1 year post-op. Is there something wrong with my right implant? (Photo)

I am a 34 year old who weights 111 pounds and has a breast lift with silicone345cc style srf natrelle inspira implants place last year (2022). I am officially at the one year mark after my surgery. Recently I have noticed I have lost fullness underneath my right breast and it’s losing shape, it’s also not the same size as my other breast anymore. These problems just became evident in the last few weeks, they were definitely closer to the same size and shape in the months and weeks before.
