TCA cross at derm made my scars much worse - how can this be improved? (Photos)

I told my derm in 2023 that my small ice pick scars and the chicken pox scar scar was bothersome and she suggested TCA cross and indicated that would clear them right up. I have since had 12 procedures of the cross to fix the situation I feel like it’s just worsened. While they are probably much more shallow they are also MUCH wider and more noticeable and can’t be hidden with a pore cream like the ones before could. I’ve gotten another option who said I never should have had TCA on my nose and now says I have to have subcision with filler. This is honestly a nitemare and has cost way more than the few hundred dollars for 3-4 that was initially indicated. I’m looking for what to do about this situation because the last thing I want is another treatment to make it worse. Do I keep doing TCA or do the subdivision? First photo is the scars originally. Second and third are without makeup and fourth is with makeup but scars are still visible.
