Question

Unfortunately I do not have before pictures however I had an umbilical float TT with muscle repair and I had a lot of stretch marks up top and had one child 26 years ago . I am content with my results but feel like I have lax skin . What can be done to make me happy , can I get a reverse umbilical and can the PS take more skin so my skin looks tighter ? Appears to be lax near belly button and right side ?

Like crescent breast lifts, the umbilical float tummy tuck is a bad idea: it doesn't tighten around or above the belly button and it malpositions the belly button too low on the abdominal wall, which is eye catching. If you still have laxity, you will need a reverse abdominoplasty which pulls skin back up towards your breasts. It requires a scar that goes under both breasts and it connected in the middle between them.

You can have more skin removed from below the umbilicus is the skin it loose.. overall your result is good. Converting to a full tummy tuck risks loss if the umbilicus because you had an umbilical float done.

Based on your nicely posted photos, and unfortunately, choosing the incorrect operation of a bellybutton float, Tommy tuck your bellybutton, is already too low and atomically any more removal. Skin would cause the location of the belly button to go more inferiorly. Best option would for skin tightening would be use of plasma or Endo affect under local anesthesia or IV sedation. Best of virtual concert with fee $6000-$12,000.
