Ultherapy is a non-invasive procedure that lifts the neck, chin and brow, and improves lines and wrinkles on the upper chest. As we age, collagen breaks down, resulting in loss of skin strength and elasticity. I have been doing Ultherapy for the last 8 or so years.  I was the first doctor in the Philadelphia area to have Ultherapy.  The results are not as predictable as surgery as is true with any non-invasive treatment, but I believe that Ultherapy is the best of all of the non-invasive options. The results last 2 or so years.  The charges range between$1250 and $4000 depending on what areas are treated.

Ultherapy has been studied and results last for at least 3 years.  It is a one Time treatment but may be repeated after 3-6 months.  Best wishes.

Thank you for your question. The duration depends on healthy of the skin being treated, age of the skin, and how compliant they are with sunscreen. Results should last 1-2 years. Cost is usually 2500-3500.00 per treatment.I hope this helps!

I assume you are referring to Ultherapy which uses ultrasound to tighten the outer skin to a mild to moderated degree. It is unclear at this point of its longevitiy.  It does not take care of redundant skin and underlying muscular support, nor does it restore volume. Each patient has unique requirements for rejuvenation. Seek a plastic surgeon for best recommended rejuvenation treatment.

The question you are asking refers to a treatment known as Ultherapy, which utilizes focused ultrasound waves to tighten facial soft tissues in a minimally invasive way. The ultrasound waves heat the deeper soft tissues to 60 degrees centigrade, stimulating collagen production.  The result takes about 2 months to develop. Although it does produce nice results lasting up to 2 years, it is not equivalent to a facelift in terms of outcomes. The ideal patient is in their late 40's to early 50's with early signs of facial aging. Patients in their 60's or 70's typically have less impressive results.
