I believe that the earlier photo is containing more swelling at the bottom of your nasal tip, which is leading to a smaller nostril aperture. Your nostril margin is a drop high. If that is bothering you, and if you are looking to decrease your nostril show on profile, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon 1000 injections may be considered. Overall you have an excellent result. I wonder if you have a cartilage graft in the columella which might cause some distortion and would be better off removed

It would be very difficult to conclude that there is difference between these two photos. It is possible that in-person evaluation would give a more accurate comparison?
