Thank you very much for enquire.It's too early to make value judgments with only two days after a rhinoplasty.Swelling after a rhinoplasty depends of the surgery complexity.In this regard, the nasal swelling Post-op It can last from two weeks to two months.To reduce this swelling, I recommend you perform delicates daily lymphatic drainage massage therapy over the face (around the nose) avoid sun exposure, and take pain/inflamation pills, as your surgeron precribe you.Kind regards, Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

 Thank you for your photos and you question.  It's very difficult to pass a judgment on the final outcome from your operation. It is not uncommon to have a slightly more upturned nose right after surgery. Please discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon and allow at least 3-6 months for nose to heal and soft tissue to settle. Best of luck.dr. Dhaval Patel

After two days with tapes in place there is not much we can say. The hope is you chose your surgeon carefully and had a clear communication about what you expected. This is your assurance that things will turn out well when the splint is off and swelling comes down.
