Does Accutane cause weight loss? I have lost 19 pounds in 5 weeks. I'm not trying to lose weight.

I'm taking 80 mg and it's my 5th week of treatment. Went to the doctor for unrelated issue and I've lost 19 pounds in 5 weeks. I'm eating better than I used to but I'm not trying to lose weight. I have a hard time staying hydrated and have had some dizziness which I thought was from dehydration. I saw my dermatologist a week ago but was unaware of the weight loss. Has anyone else experienced this?
