I had an accident on jan 2025, i got sutured in my forehead. Its march and my scar looks indented, atropic. Red. What mat be the treatment option for its removal

At three months, your scar is still relatively early in the remodeling phase, so improvement is very possible. Based on your description—indented (atrophic) and red—a combination approach usually gives the best results.

First, address the redness. Pulsed dye laser (PDL) is excellent for early red scars. It targets blood vessels in the scar, helping reduce redness and improve blending with the surrounding skin. Typically, 1–3 sessions spaced about 4 weeks apart are helpful.

Second, for the indentation, options depend on depth. Microneedling stimulates collagen production and gradually improves atrophic scars over a series of treatments (usually 3–4 sessions). If the depression is more pronounced, a hyaluronic acid filler can provide immediate improvement by lifting the scar. Fillers are temporary but can last 6–12 months and sometimes stimulate collagen as well.

You can also use silicone gel daily and strict SPF 30+ sun protection, as UV exposure can prolong redness and worsen scar appearance.

If, after 6–12 months, the scar remains significantly indented, surgical scar revision may be considered. This replaces the scar with a finer, better-aligned closure—but it does create a new scar.

The key is that scars cannot be erased, but they can be significantly improved. Early laser for redness plus collagen-stimulating treatments for texture typically provides the most natural-looking results.

Thank you for your question and the photo provided. 
The good news, is you have a lot of options to address your scar. Now that it has been about a year since the injury, what is there is unlikely to improve with scar care/scar cream alone. It is likely that you will need some type of intervention to improve the appearance. Some options to consider: laser resurfacing, dermabrasion, or scar excision. All of these can be beneficial and sometimes more than one will be necessary to achieve the result you desire. Your best next step should be to consult with a plastic surgeon who can go over the advantages/disadvantages of each and decide which option you would like to proceed with.
