How to treat a "dent" from FaceTite? (Photo)

Question

I'm 3 months post-op, and my cheek has a "dent" in it. There are other irregularities as well, but this is the most noticeable. What caused this? Is there any way to fix it?

I think the FaceTite effect may have accentuated the natural transitions of the face.  The underlying fat also may have melted and what you're seeing is the transition of treatment zone to untreated area.  I would try Sculptra... it's gentle and bioreactive allowing your body to create it's own filler in the area of infection.  Sorry you're going through this!  It looks really good though! Sorry you are having this problem. The indentation may very well be the result of fat loss in the area. Regular followers of my columns are aware that I have been cautioning people for years to be exercise a very healthy dose of " buyer beware' when it comes to considering the various, expensive, faddish, heavily marketed and promoted " bells and whistles" energy-based devices as the hard science to support their use is sorely lacking. Happily, this kind of indentation can likely be easily addressed with the use of an appropriate filler in the hands of an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector.
