Will CO2 laser destroy my previously formed collagen from microneedling?

I have done 2 microneedling +PRP and I went to the Co2 laser resurfacing after 7 weeks of microneedling.

CO2 will add to the collagen building of your microneedling/PRP treatments. CO2 will stimulate the deeper dermal layers and the collage production expected from these treatments will occur over several months. In regards to proper post-laser care, I always stress the basics. It's best to stay well hydrated to promote fast recovery and turnover of healthy skin. Avoid sunlight to reduce risks of hyperpigmentation. Keep the skin clean with a gentle cleanser and moisturize the skin with a fragrance-free moisturizer.I hope you enjoy the results in your skin journey!Best,Dr. Anil Shah

The Fractional CO2 Laser procedure will only compliment the collagen production in the skin from the Microneedling with PRP. Generally, CO2 lasers stimulate new collagen and elastin in the deeper layers of the skin, which improve skin elasticity and deeper wrinkles.
