Veneers would be a great option for you. I would probably recommend placing at least 4 veneers on your top and at least 2-4 on the bottom, if you are not looking to change the shade of your teeth. This would be a very easy case in my office. It would take 1-2 appointments to prep and place these veneers. Good luck and I hope this helps. Follow me if you have more questions.Sarah Thompson, DMD
Yes, it is my professional opinion that porcelain veneers would improve the appearance of your teeth and smile. However, I believe that it would look much better if your had four porcelain veneers instead of just two. Also, your dentist could adjust and smooth your lower front teeth to make them appear much more even. Oftentimes this is done without any local anesthetic, as smoothing superficial enamel is not uncomfortable because there are no nerves in the enamel (the nerves are actually in the underlying tooth called the root or dentin).

Your veneers look really nice and you have a beautiful smile! Just go back and ask your dentist to adjust the length of the veneer that is bothering you so you will be happy with your smile. Your lisp is temporary and often happens when your teeth change shape. You will correct this...
If your dentist offered some type of warranty for his/her work, I would recommend getting dental bonding/white filling done to temporarily cover the problem tooth until you are able to return home to have the veneer replaced. If your dentist did not offer a warranty on the veneer, I would...
