I had septorhinoplasty to correct a deviated septum and remove a bony lump on one side of my nose caused by injury. At first after the surgery my nostrils looked even (in fact the opposite one to the original one looked a tiny bit bigger) now 3 1/2 weeks later the original small one is getting smaller every day. Is it going to go back to how it was before, was the surgery a complete waste of time? I really don't want to go through another surgery. What has caused my nostrils to be like this?
