Nonsurgical rhinoplastic treatments may not be suitable for achieving rotation of a droopy nasal tip. In general, droopy nasal tips may require rhinoplasty surgery for improvement. Thank you. Dr Joseph

I do many non-surgical rhinoplasties (lunch time nose jobs) and get similar results with all the fillers, but... I currently prefer using Juvederm and Restylane since they are reversable.  Reversable products can be dissolved quickly if any problems arise.  Radiesse might last a little...

You can treat your nose normally after a non-surgical rhinoplasty treatment. If your bridge is injected, you may want to avoid wearing glasses that may apply pressure to the treated area for a month after your treatment. Hope this helps. Dr. Joseph

I read your concern: I presume you would have one of your nostrils pierced. If you have an indentation in your nasal bridge and want it filled, the nostril piercing should not interfere. All the best. Dr. Joseph
