My case is kind of mild I guess.. I'm not even sure it's Gynecomastia.. What makes things worse is that I'm skinny.. Anyways, It embarrasses me.. Makes me feel uncomfortable while wearing T-shirts as it ruins the look of my upper body.. I can't have a surgery as I can't afford it.. I hope that my case has a solution other than surgery.. Thanks.

Answer: Gynecomastia Requires Surgery For Removal
Yours is an example of areolar gynecomastia. Surgery is the only solution which is done by direct excision through an areolar incision.

Answer: Treatment of Gynecomastia
What you have is gynecomastia. Unless there is some underlying cause like a drug you are taking or an endocrine imbalance, the only solution is surgery. What kind of surgery depends on what the excess tissue is, breast tissue, fat or both. Occasionally, not even correcting the underlying problem resolves the gynecomastia and you will need surgery to flatten the area. Your first step is to see your family doctor and determine if there is an underlying cause.
