In general after gynecomastia surgery the size of the nipple areola complex gets smaller. The size reduction may take weeks to become obvious but usually this is the case. There are a few photos on the attached link which may be helpful.
Hi. Of course it is much too early to be sure, but I think in a few months after gynecomastia correction your nipples will be fine. Only rarely does one have to make them smaller by cutting skin around them.
From what I see in the photo it does not look like you had a nipple reduction so your nipple should remain the same size as they were before. If you surgeon removed tissue and the breast bulb then may be flatter than it was before you had the surgery.
