My Ipad fell and landed on my nose at 13 days post septo rhinoplasty, is there damage?

Probably your nose will be just fine following the bump from your ipad.  If you see an obvious asymmetry or new bump since the accident, definitely visit your surgeon.  For the first few weeks after surgery it is still possible for your surgeon to mold the shape of your nose. Good luck.

After accidentally hitting your nose, it is normal for the tissue to swell up further. It was almost 2 weeks post-op when the incident happened so chances are, most tissue and graft should have already adhered with the surrounding structure though it is still highly recommended that you take extra care of the area because it is still very sensitive and strong force can still do a lot of damage on the area. It will be best to consult your surgeon for a physical evaluation once the swelling has subsided just to be sure.
