Hello,Your implants have no where to go! They are touching medially, so there is no way to move them out of your armpits. However, you look like you had surgery recently based on the shape and position of your implants, and these large implants will settle. Once this has happened, they will be lower on your chest wall and you may feel like you have more room.Best of luck!

Your breast implants appear to be properly placed. They are, however, extremely large and can be expected to project into the armpit with selective pressures.
From your photos, it looks like you have quite large implants - which are wide - on a fairly petite frame. With this situation, there is no other place that the implant can go, except out towards your armpit. The only way to avoid this would be to use a significantly smaller implant, where the width of the implant is based on your actual frame measurements.

675 cc breast implants are very large and your surgeon had to make room to hold them. Based on your photograph your implant position looks appropriate as does the implant pocket. The implants are certainly not sliding out into your arm pit region. In addition the implants will drop more with time and this feeling may improve.
It appears that you have very large implants for your breasts. Once you start to go into D or DD cup territory, the implants are going to come out past your chest wall, which means the feeling that they are under the arm pit. The only way to avoid this is to go with a smaller implant.
