Why my Gynecomastia Looks More Obvious After Masturbation or Marely Even Sexual Excitment?

Thanks for posting this interesting question.  I have had patients describe changes in their chest related to exercise--both pre- and post-operatively, but I've never had anyone specifically relate changes in appearance to masturbation or sexual activity.  I have looked at nipple sensation in patients with gynecomastia, and one interesting feature among my patients is that they have much less focus on erotic sensibility of the nipple as compared to men in the general population (based on literature).  I'm curious if you engage in nipple stimulation with sexual activity and whether or not that's related to your sense of change with your gynecomastia.  I'm not sure that this would be revealing as to etiology of your observation, but it might be a helpful data point.

I have not had patients report your specific findings in the past. However, it does make sense to notice an increased size of the breast tissue if there is more blood flow to the area,  for whatever reason.

 Bottom line is that if you are concerned about the appearance of the chest wall, you may benefit from consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons.  Make sure you see lots of examples of their work and consider the pros/cons of surgical intervention carefully.
