is impossible but if you truly said you wanted to be as small as you could be, then a revision is warranted which could range from office liposuction to a re-do in the OR.  No doctor will guarantee a cup size and I doubt yours did as well.  If yours was an insurance reduction, a minimum amount of tissue had to be removed and I assume it was met.  If yours was a cosmetic reduction/lift, you need to know your doctor's revision policy as you will likely have to use it.  The only guarantee you get from a reduction is that you will be smaller.

It is difficult to predict prior to surgery the exact amount of breast tissue that can or should be removed.  There are safety and wound healing issues involved.  If you are not happy then it is time to see your plastic surgeon for his recommendations.  

If you feel that your reduction was not reduced enough, perhaps there is a chance to remove more tissue?  Best to ask your surgeon.

I am sorry to hear that not enough has been removed during BR.I am not sure if your PS will have a second go without charging you but here in Dubai I do it in case commit the similar mistake without surgeons fees.Patients pays only the expenses involved in the hospital.I am sure finally your PS will make you happy.
