Can I keep my cross bite & still straighten my teeth with Invisilign?

Many times it is impossible to get ideal results without doing surgery. That being said as long as you are not experiencing functional problems a compromise plan may be acceptableI would suggest you discuss you unwillingness to do surgery with your orthodontist and your willingness to align your teeth only and that the compromise is acceptable to you

Sometimes, for a variety of reasons, an ideal "bite" cannot be obtained, or what is required to obtain the ideal bite is more than the patient is willing to do.This does not mean that nothing can be done....most orthodontists are reasonable people and will do the best they can to make the patient better, even if it is not perfect.We call aligning the teeth without ideally fixing the bite a "Hollywood smile"...kinda like the old Hollywood movie sets that look perfect from the outside but less than perfect out of camera range!
