Can I keep my cross bite & still straighten my teeth with Invisilign?

Many times it is impossible to get ideal results without doing surgery. That being said as long as you are not experiencing functional problems a compromise plan may be acceptableI would suggest you discuss you unwillingness to do surgery with your orthodontist and your willingness to align your teeth only and that the compromise is acceptable to you

Its best to visit another dentist who is trained in both invisalign and braces to determine what your options are
