I started wearing Invisalign about two weeks ago, and I have been VERY diligent about brushing and flossing each and every time after eating and before putting my trays back in. Today I noticed there is light staining between my front four bottom teeth. I tried flossing and scraping them away, unsuccessfully. What could have caused this staining? Could they be cavities? Why is this happening?

The trays will show as extra long on teeth which are being moved out i.e. towards tray and not being pushed or just within existing position. This is to allow that extra space where teeth are going to move with each aligner.
Hi, it does sound unusual. They should normally come out clean with normal wash and scrub. Brite clean should have been enough but still you can try putting then in another solution. Hope the next trays will be fine and its just a matter of few days.
