Can I finish my Invisalign treatment before my last trays?

You should never switch your trays early without your doctor's advice, because you may not notice what you are missing.  I suggest asking your dentist about Acceledent.  It will cost you about $1100 to $2000 over the cost of your Invisalign, but it can cut your Invisalign time in half.  Good luck and I hope this helps. Hi Helen. The duration of treatment given at your initial review is only an approximation based on a 3D simulation of your proposed treatment. Often certain complex tooth movements are involved which may prolong treatment. I would not advise you to change your trays any earlier than two weeks as this is minimum time required for bone remodelling to take place. Any sooner and you might cause harm to your teeth. It is very likely that you will start to see results much before the 41st tray.
