I would like to correct my crooked tip. I've never had any nasal trauma but my bridge is off center and the right side of my nose is collapsing in. Ryan gosling also had a nasal tip that swayed to the right side as well. And he also has a crooked smile. Is my smile bending the tip of the nose to the right or is it because my bridge is off to the left, or is it because i have a deviated septum and the right side is collapsing in? Can surgery permanently fix this or will my smile bring that sway back?
