Can my bottoming out be fixed? Are my scars too big? 7 years post op (photos)

Hello, I am 25 years old and had a breast augmentation 7 years ago: from 0 to C, looking for a natural result. 1) I soon noticed that I have a slight "bottoming out/double bubble". Can you please confirm it? Can it be fixed? 2) I also think that my scars are too big and, since my breasts are not big enough to fold, too exposed. Can that be improved? I am not at all satisfied with the outcome of the procedure and don't feel comfortable when naked. Thank you in advance for your reply.
