Why do my 600cc implants look half the size of 680cc expanders?

I had exchange done a week ago and I am in shock how small I am VS the expander size. There is only 80cc difference but the look is shocking

How alarming - but this may reassure you.A hug is very unlikely to cause an implant to deflate,And if it did - your breasts would be shrinking visibly in size,Most likely you had a slight capsule around the implants and the hug released the capsule.Does the 'popping' side feel any softer than...
