Today I had the most pleasant surprise in years, I had my first treatment of reaction viora and it was an instant face lift, I am very serious when I say instant I've struggled with premature droopiness of my upper eye lids for at leas 3 years now and had tried Dysport injections which had been wonderful however it only last few months. Off course I've already consulted few doctors to perform the eyelid surgery and I've been advised to wait as I am still young, but I haven't been happy watching how my eyes were closing each day more, my eyeshadow did not looked the same anymore Here I had posted pictures and different types of procedures I've done and maybe some of you could remember my first experience with Dysport , how tremendously happy I've been each time I get my injections which are done by the same place I did Viora, AVANTI Cindy is absolutely wonderful , very caring, she listens to your concerns and takes care of you accordingly to your needs, she has been supportive and understanding and now we decided to try Viora, the magic treatment that lifted my eyes from the very first time, I had it done about 12 hours ago by noon time on Thursday July 24th and by 2pm I was being questioned what have I done?? When I got home my neighbor was so amazed she's already booked Her appointment for Tuesday with Cindy at avanti. I went in thinking in giving my face a tightening boost I guess I want to call it, I've been reading about viora but never expected it will solve a major problem I've been having for almost a year now, which are those lines around my cheeks Nasolabial folds or laugh lines, and loosing the natural shape around my jaw which worsen after I performed a LASERLIFT which unfortunately for me did not worked to my benefit , I actually ended up with more problems and worsen the overall appearance of my face, as it caused my cheeks to drop causing hallow circles around my eyes and giving me a constant sad expression not to mention the horrible Nasolabial lines those I did not have before the laserlift I waited the total year and see if things will improve as my doctor said it would but things gotten much worse and he doesn't consider necessary to do a revision as we discussed six months ago, two weeks ago I had my last consultation with him and realized I've been waiting all this time with the hopes he will Fix it but sadly he had no intentions to do so, I left his office with the biggest disappointment anyone can get, after all all I did was loose time ,hopes , beauty and money. I went for laserlift thinking it will promote collagen and tighten my skin and airbrush my jaw line but it did totally the opposite Luckily there's still good people, good new technology and viora looks promising For a fraction of what I paid in previous treatments. This includes 6 treatments of viora an amazing deal, absolute no down time, see immediate results, no side effects, ideal for that special occasion when you want to look your best, refreshed renewed and still having the excitement in looking forward in archiving long lasting results at the course of your six treatments, if I look this great from day one I can imagine when I'm done! I have been a long term client and that's the price I've got, however I do not work there or have any input in pricing, this is my personal experience which I want to share with the community as I have been wishing to find testimonials about viora and there's none here I want to inform everyone what an amazing tool we have handy now days, this will push the need for an actual face lift or eye lift for me by many years to come This is absolute worth every dollars to me, but it most be performed by an experienced person to achieve maximum results What is a Skin Tightening Treatment? The skin tightening treatment works to strengthen existing collagen fibers that have weakened over time due to aging and various forms of stress. Bi-polar radiofrequency energy heads the dermis and stimulates collagen synthesis to strengthen existing collagen fibers for improvement in skin laxity, sagginess and texture. Immediate contraction of tissue fibers results in a smoother and tighter appearance of the skin. I will post pics starting from the day before laserlift to present Updated on 26 Jul 2014: As of today the face is getting a more definition skin feels tighter and has a different feeling to the touch, I see how it doesn't bounce as it used a couple of days ago, I'm able to rest my face sideways without having all the skin folding or pinch my fingers and it will stay in place. I grabbed skin by my cheeks like I did in the picture before viora and you can see a a huge difference for some reason I'm able to grab less. I'm not sure what makes,me happier if the brightness of my eyes as brows were lifted ,forehead feels smoother ( which weren't things I was looking to achieve as it didn't bothered me but is a PLUS I like to call it a bonus, my main concerned was the jaw lines looking deformed with the balls coming down making me look alien, so now I'm so amazed by this total changes that I don't know what makes me happiest if the jaws feeling so tight and smothered lines or eyebrows being so lifted making my eyes brighter. I can't wait , have been counting the minutes for my next treatment, will it show much more improvement or this is it? Updated on 26 Jul 2014: In this video shows the elasticity of the skin Updated on 26 Jul 2014: 10 years ago in Miami tanned and young I feel I'm very close in looking the same as in this pic. Updated on 26 Jul 2014: Tanned younger happy with no worries of any wrinkles, lines , sagging skin you name it. I'm a premature aged woman it started once I hit 30. Do before it continues I have been trying to stop the damages. I think is due to so much acne meds, and also a depression stage in 2009 time when I started having ovarian cyst and fibro cystic disease. Updated on 30 Jul 2014: A week after viora, at this point I see my face looks the same as it did the second day, I am not sure if tighten anymore, it feels with more elasticity tho, I also notice less lines and more definition around the jaws. My next visit will be in another week on Thursday. I will post pics right after the treatment, I am hoping to see a bit more lifting of my brows, I am already satisfied with the jaw lines as I've never been totally square or without nasolabial lines. Looking at pics of me approx 10 years ago I was able to see those so I guess I reached the goal of looks 10 years younger. I will finish the 6 just to assure long lasting results Updated on 7 Aug 2014: Second treatment of Viora, after 2 weeks. I feel the changes were more dramatic the very first time and from now on it will just continue to improve from inside out, by the virtue of building more collagen firmness will be a gradual thing. Today again noticed a lift in my eyebrows which is always a good thing. Very promising treatment I wish it will be all done by now to see final results but six is what's recommended I sure will complete it all and keep you posted This is photos taken within 30 mins of finishing the treatments No bruise or redness , this time went a lot smoother as I knew what to expect now , the first day I was a bit anxious to this new thing.. Easy.. Updated on 7 Aug 2014: Picture taken within 30 mins after the treatment Shows no bruises or redness, this time around was a lot easier, the very first time I did had some redness around my forehead. Note A visible eyebrows lifting in the second treatment was achieve , I believe a bit more than the first time. However the rest of my face looks pretty much the same as when I did my first viora, the first treatment made a significant difference, I am not sure it wiki continue to change from now on, as it is I am very satisfied, my jaws feels tighter and smoother lines, I am still showing deeper line in my left side if the face but that was due to a car accident within this last two years, I don't know if it will get even ever again, the first viora took care of the Nasolabial line in the right side and maybe an improvement in the left side, I'm expecting more changes yet to come for the next two months as I will complete the six treats Updated on 3 Sep 2014: I am glad to be back to this site feeling totally satisfied with the results achieved after my 4th treatment of Viora Reaction, I am very happy and excited about this amazing machine that solved so many issues I was having with my face after trying so many other procedures including a face laser lift as you can see in my before viora pics I had soooo much loose skin among other issues Well I'm happy to say that I am at my 4th treatment spaced every two weeks and I am go to go. I still have 2 more with avanti aesthetics surgery and off course I can just benefit from finishing my 6 treatments but I truly believe some of us will show great results at your 3rd treatment. . Ad you can see I have no loose skin or nasolabial lines anymore as I did before The skin itself had improved very much also, this is positive results inside out I am hoping to download my videos just waiting for approval but in this pic you can see how smooth the total appearance of my face looks, specially around the mouth, nose and forehead areas.. my eyebrows are up lifted opening my eyes improved the overall appearance of my eyelids I won't have to worry about eye surgery for a good while.
I've always had large breast. While I am overweight, my breast were not fatty so no amount if weight lose changed them. After a car accident last year left me with neck, back and shoulder pains, I knew it was time to get a reduction. When I started the process of researching surgeons 2 months ago, I had no idea how quickly things would progress. Because my PS was rightfully cautious, she wanted a medical release from my primary dr. In order to get that clearance my dr ran every possible test, making me ready for surgery. So, medical clearance received 6/15/14, surgery scheduled 6/20/14....surgery complete 6/24/14! It happened so fast ....but that's probably best so I didn't have time to worry! Had my first follow up today and Dr. B says everything is looking good! Updated on 26 Jun 2014: Updated on 26 Jun 2014: I was a little scared to see them because I do not like grossness... But there is very little seepage! Happy healing! Updated on 27 Jun 2014: I was a little nervous to shower, scared I may mess something up but all is well! Still a lot of swelling and bruising. I want to try Anica to help with the extreme bruising. Updated on 15 Jul 2014: Healing is coming along. I still have some soreness but it is manageable. Both breast have begun to soften, however there are still hard points that I have begun to massage to breakdown the tissue. This is painful...but I know it must be done. I'm pleased with the shape of my right breast but not so much with the left. I refer to it as being a little "wonky". My PS says to give it time to find its shape or we can rework/reshape it later. Praying it "turns" around as I don't won't anymore surgeries. I will attach pics. Had a follow up appointment a few days ago and the PS says she's happy with where things are at this time frame. Bruising is going away and scabs are coming off nipples! This was a major concern, as the right nipple was very dark for days. I was fortunate to not need a nipple graph but there was still the risk that of the tissue dying. So very happy about the nipples! Looking forward to being completely healed!
FYI- this will be pretty long, bear with me. I am 23, 5'6'' and weight about 130. I am pretty active, but my thighs have always been big. In the past I have been self conscious about wearing shorts because I have sort of very thick legs and lots of cellulite. I have been planning on having lipo on my thighs literally since I was in middle school, and the past few years I have been looking into SmartLipo, when I went to an open house at a plastic surgeon's office, I decided I liked the place and booked my appointment. I was not that nervous since I was very prepared. I read almost every review on here, and even watched videos of SmartLipo procedures being done. (Including a live video during the open house at the surgeon's office). I didn't have caffiene, aspirin, or alcohol, for a week or two before the surgery to prevent blood thinning and beuising. I came in Monday April 26th for my procedure, and I took 1 valium and a percocet before the surgery. When I scrubbed in they put the skin sanitizer on me and I laid down on the table. The worst part of the experience is when they put in the anesthetic. It's not unbearable but it hurts more than the actual SmartLipo. It took about 25 minutes and then my surgeon started the lipo with the 18 cannula, she took her time and eventually had to switch to a smaller cannula because the 18 wasn't sucking properly, but she seemed to be very aggressive in removing the fat. It took a while, but I would rather have someone take their time then rush through it. I could feel some pulling and poking, and occasional tickling, some of it was a little painful, but I just zoned it all out. I came there to get lipo surgery, not for a spa day. I was talking to them the whole time, and watching TV. I am glad I was just under local, because it's much better for your body and they can move you around whereas under general they can't move you as much to get better results because of the air tube, plus it's way more expensive and dangerous to do general anesthesia. The procedure took about an hour and a half, maybe two. Once I was done, I stood up onto a blue mat and blood and anesthetic fluid poured out onto the floor. My legs were huge and swollen with fluid and. My surgeon wrapped me up with cotton pads to soak up the fluid and I pulled my compression garment and pants on over the pads. (I recommend wearing black, loose pants because you will be leaking blood and fluid) The rest of the day I had no pain since the anesthetic was still in me. I was pretty active and walking around for a few hours, then took a nap and elevated my legs, got up and drank some water and walked around and then went to bed. I put a towel down so I didn't leak, but I ended up not needing it. The next day I had to work, so I didn't take a pain pill in the morning. I was at work for a few hours (I run a day spa, so I'm constantly up and down and walking around) then after about 2 hours I took a percocet. The pain just feels like you've done a very hard workout (do the p90x videos and you will know exactly what I mean). Anyway, at my day after consult with my doc, she said I was looking good, I didn't have any bruising but I was still a bit swollen. It wasn't much different from before, but I know that's not what to expect. She told me I needed to start massaging to flatten everything out (THIS HURTS! BE PREPARED!) Day 2 after surgery I started to get a little bruising (probably from the massage). I did this thing called the Lumiere Photofacial at my salon which helps skin heal faster, and voila! Hardly any bruising day 3! I also just did an infrared heat wrap which helps with circulation and pulling the dead fat into the blood stream. Anyway, I am only 3 days post-op right now, and I feel overall pretty good, but I only see minimal results right now. If it continues like this I will be happy, but I hope I get to see my skinny legs soon! I'll post pics as soon as I can!
I had vaser combined with smart lipo to tighten the skin after the fat was removed. Wow! What a difference! I started with upper and lower abs where I had a li8flong battle with a pooching stomach. The procedure itself hurt like hell but now at 4 weeks post-op, I am astounded at my body! I went back to get love handles and inner thighs done. I still have a lot of swelling but can see a huge difference. The flanks and thighs were way less painful than abs (which my surgeon had warned me about ahead of time). If you are only a few days or even a couple of weeks post-op, please give it some time. And wear the compression garment ALL THE TIME. It makes a big difference in the shape your body will take ultimately on. When the money tree grows again I'm going back to have my upper arms and "Bra Bulge" area on my back done.
I would use subglandular implants, different size, with periareolar release of restrictions at least on the left breast. No lift as the implants will provide enough lift for a natural appearing result.
Your picture appears to show descent of malar fat pads. Perhaps your dissolving of the filler unmasked the natural aging of your face. So your choices are to refill the upper cheeks to mask/camouflage the descent, or to consider a facelift or mini lift. The fillers are a nice temporizing solution, but can easily become an overfilled, chipmunk sort of look. The facelift is of course very invasive. Speak to board certified plastic surgeon about which procedure or combinations of procedures will work best for the look you are seeking.
Will stretch to accommodate the implants, and thus the breaststroke will sooner or later drop. As you know, skin loses elasticity with age,, weight gain, and genetic predisposition....meaning it only snaps back so much after the 'weight' is gone. that is why you had skin reduction surgeries after weight loss, your skin couldn't completely 'snap ' back to pre weight gain tightness. You have a beautiful result, natural appearing. Push up bras for when you want more cleavage, but I would not advise further surgery.
But you do need a slightly more complicated solution than a simple augmentation. First of all, you would want a periareolar (around the nipple ) incision to loosen up the tissue that is tightening up the breasts to look more tubular rather than round. The implants would have to be on top of the muscle to stretch out the tissues properly after you cut loose the tight areas. Eventually, you may wish to increase the size of the implants, depending upon your final goal. Initially, the idea is to achieve nicely rounded and natural appearing breasts. Many people advocate silicone gel as being softer and more natural over the muscle, but many patients are scared of silicone and prefer saline. In general, the bigger the implant, the less natural and the less soft the breast. Saline implants are less 'squishy' than saline, so especially over the muscle they will be harder and more projecting than silicone. Good luck in your search.
from your breast reduction. The other pictures you are showing, which I assume represent the result you would like, are breast augmentations in women who had small breasts, and very little skin to start with. You had extra skin and extra breast tissue. The results will not look the same. If you get breast augmentation to have a more rounded look, eventually your already damaged skin will stretch out and you will have large sagging augmented breasts. But at least in the short term, you would have more rounded breasts with augmentation/lift. If you simply want smaller, natural looking breasts you would redo the wedge as your surgeon suggested. Try to be clear about what you want, and what is possible and realistic. Good luck!
