My 350cc implants feel too big. How much will they go down after swelling is done?

I was originally a 34b I'm 5'7" and 135lbs. I got 350cc hp silicone over implants wanting full c small d. But, they feel huge!!! I am so worried they are too big, will they shrink up a bit?feel like I look rediculous..I'm 5 days post op :(

I am sorry to hear about your concerns after breast augmentation surgery. Although it is not possible to predict whether you will be pleased with the outcome of the procedure performed, in the longer term, I would suggest that you exercise patience and allow for approximately 6 months to pass before making a final judgment.  Breasts tend to “soften” in appearance and feel over the course of several months.
 I make this recommendation based on the fact that many patients are initially concerned that they are too small or too big, only to be pleased with the longer-term outcome. Most patients go through a process of physical and psychological body image adaptation.    Best wishes.

From your pics you appear to have an appropriate size.  At just 5 days post op you are still quite swollen.  Give it a few months and see how you feel.  The size will go down a bit over time.  Good luck!

Just from the photos, they look size appropriate but that depends upon what you were looking for. They will go through changes over the next few months with some size diminishing as the swelling goes down.

You look very normal and appropriate for 350 cc breast implants on day 5.  Your breast implants will soften and drop down into a much more normal position  and your breasts will look smaller and more normal but more full.  They look so big too because they are spread out high over your chest.
