Buccal fat removal to improve definition in cheeks when I smile? (photos)

I have non definition in my cheeks which I know I can get fillers to help but when I smile the fat around my mouth make the definition in my face worse and I’d like a more permanent option. Do you think buccal fat removal would help this or does that help more of the cheek area other than around the mouth
