How often are buccal fat removals reversed?

I regret having my buccal pads removed sand was wondering if other patients also come to you with the same issue and what you have done to improve their situation. My main concerns are the harsh indents and premature midface sagging.

Buccal lipectomy reversals are uncommon but they are requested occasionally. They can be done by either percutaneous fat injections or intraoral placement of a dermal-fat graft. Each approach has its advantages and disadvantages.
