How often are buccal fat removals reversed?

In my practice, I've never had a patient who wanted a Buccal Fat Removal reversed and I have been performing this procedure for 23 years. It's very important, like any other operation, to choose your candidate accordingly.

Buccal lipectomy reversals are uncommon but they are requested occasionally. They can be done by either percutaneous fat injections or intraoral placement of a dermal-fat graft. Each approach has its advantages and disadvantages.
