I got a jaw reduction about 4 months ago w/ buccal fat removal but have been experiencing some sagging in my face ever sense. What can I do about this?

I'm sorry you had this result after Buccal Fat Removal, I would recommend micro grafting or Facial Fat Transfer that involves removing small amounts of fat from one area to improve fullness and symmetry in another.
