How to slim my round face? (Photo)

Question

I am a 25 year old East Asian female and I’ve always had a round face no matter how much I weigh (even when I was underweight). I have been getting Botox for masseters every 6 months since late 2020, but I don’t see a difference so I don’t think the issue is my chewing muscles. These pictures were taken 3 months after my last masseter Botox. I have considered buccal fat removal and chin implant but am worried the results will be too subtle to notice. What other procedures can I benefit from?

Based on your photographs you may benefit from the procedures that you mentioned. Buccal fat pad removal procedure which is ideal for patients who have excess buccal (cheek) fat. This will allow for slimming of the cheeks and greater definition of the cheek bones. Buccal fat removal will provide lasting results that do not require touch ups in comparison to Botox for masseter reduction. Chin augmentation is a good, straightforward option to achieving an improved profile. An implant in combination with submental liposuction would help to balance your facial proportions while also helping to sharpen your neckline. A combination of buccal fat pad reduction, jawline and neck liposuction, and a chin implant should provide more definition and contour to your face. Cheek implants can also provide more definition to the cheek area.
