Will drinking a protien shake with vitamin A be OK while on Accutane?

I have heard you're not supposed to supplement with Vitamin A while on Accutane. I workout on a daily basis, and drink one protien shake a day. The amount of vitamin A is 10%; Is this ok? or should i take it out completely.
