Had gynecomastia surgery like 5 months ago had massive amount of tissue most of it was removed but still a little chest fat still there he said he had to leave some fat if not we could run into complications

Answer: Volume of fat Hello I am sure your doctor wanted you to be safe and had strong reasons to not suction out all the fat. Under the areola we do maintain some glandular tissue to maintain the shape, however most of the fat should be removed specially from the sides regards Dr Amit Gupta
