By six weeks after surgery, you should be healed enough to do most routine activities. However, I advise my tummy tuck patients to wait about 8 to 10 weeks before beginning very strenuous activities like the ones you mention. There is no reason why you cannot resume it all after this time frame....
While the vertical scar can't be eliminated in its entirety now, sometimes if there is some extra remaining laxity, a portion of it could be excised if a inverted-T approach were to used at the time of scar revision. Otherwise, you could just excise the wide parts, and re-suture them...
