If your scalp is infected after surgery, it would be in your best interest to contact your doctor as soon as possible (so you can receive treatment).

Very sorry to comment but your extraction is far beyond the safe donor zone...very poor selection of donor area for the extraction...
Contact your doctor immediately and apply some topical antibiotic along with oral....

If you believe that you have an infection in the donor area you should go back and see your doctor to get prompt treatment
