Donor area infected? What should I do? (Photo)

I had FUE hair transplant surgery yesterday. Now the donor area looks pretty bad to me. How normal is that state after one day?

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.  In general you can color your hair after three weeks.

Sometimes the hair keeps growing wıthout getting thru the shedding period. 4 weeks is a very short time. Sedding can happen up to the first 2nd months.

Donor area hair is noticeably grayed out right after FUE! What might be the cause? 1 month post op.
